Hikaru Genji is the main character of the Tale of Genji, the masterpiece of the Lady Murasaki. Mataro has designed this dignified doll and has succeeded to recreate his dignity. This doll has many straight grooves and besides Kimekomi, it only needs to put the head on the body, therefore it is recommended to the beginners.
